Mercer Group is listed on the NZX.

Formation of Mercer Interiors

Mercer Interiors is formed as a division of Mercer Group.

Mercer Interiors splitting off

Heads of the agreement sign with Mercer Group to acquire the Mercer Interiors division.

Purchase of Mercer Interiors

The Mercer Interiors division is purchased by the current shareholders and is formed into a company - Mercer Interiors Limited.

From Mercer Interiors to Acero

Mercer Interiors rebrands to Acero.

Acquired by New Zealand Panels Group

Acero and Mercer were acquired by New Zealand Panels Group in December 2021, adding to their extensive range of interior joinery and benchtop products.

Acero brand reverts to Mercer

The Acero name is dropped and the sinks, taps and accessories business begins operating once again under Mercer.
